Shipping Policy
Currently, DisplayMod only formally offers shipping in the contiguous United States.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Internationally, please contact us.

All shipping is included in the purchase price, except where specified or not available.

DisplayMod products are currently on back order. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Orders typically ship 3-5 business days after receiving a shipping notification regarding your order. Once an item shipment notification and tracking number is received, please allow another 3-5 days for shipping via United States Postal Service or the specified shipping method in your shipment notification.
Typical time from order to receipt is 1-2 weeks within the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
DisplayMod offers a 30-day return period on all our products when purchasing directly from us, in case you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or if you’re dissatisfied with our product.
DisplayMod products in new and like-new condition can be returned to us for the full purchase price of your order: minus the cost of return shipping if for cash, or for the entirety if returned to store credit. Used or unmerchantable components are not subject to this policy and may be charged to the refund of your product if returned in poor shape or missing.
Return requests must be submitted no more than 30-days after item receipt. You can fill out our return request form at displaymod.com/returns.

This policy is maintained by DisplayMod as a courtesy, separate from our more formal warranty coverage and RMA process. For our full warranty coverage, please visit displaymod.com/warranty.

DisplayMod will warrant the function of our products for 6 months. During that period, if there's anything wrong with your DisplayMod we'll replace, repair, or exchange your purchase with something of equal or greater value upon receipt and inspection of your return at our discretion.

DisplayMod will do our best to stand by our product! However, please keep in mind we are currently a small project and that these and any other stated policies are subject to change at our discretion. DisplayMod reserves the right to change these policies without notice.
